In this video program, 78-year-old Lois Perelman discusses her experience with emphysema (a form of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or COPD). She describes her initial reluctance then acceptance to using an oxygen tank. Perelman also offers advice to older adults for overcoming stereotypes and self-imposed limitations. Her message is to live fully with any condition at any age.
