Legendary Beat poet Allen Ginsberg visits a class taught by Deaf poet Bob Panara to students in the interpreter training program. This class focuses on interpreting in the creative and performing arts. Both Ginsberg and Panara read some of their poems. Ginsberg discusses his use of concrete imagery in "Howl" and how well (or poorly) the poem lends itself to sign interpretation.
Spoken English with American Sign Language interpreting. Uncaptioned.
