Summary Chiefly traditional music from various ethnic groups within Kenya with a few from other parts of Africa. With the exception of a wedding dance, all the music is vocal, usually partly accompanied by drums. Some is entirely choral, in 1-4 parts, with mixed voices or only men's voices; more often both a soloist and the chorus sing, in equal but different roles.
Language Sung in one or more of the languages of the various ethnic groups found in Kenya and a few from other parts of Africa. Four tracks are in English and one is partly in French.
